San Francisco Giants 2020 Off-season Thread

If we go 2-2 every four games the entire season we probably make the playoffs
Can't believe we are leaving with a split after the first two games.
This season will go like this, a bad game by the pitching staff we lose no doubt. Good game by them we have a shot if they keep it under 3 runs
Max Muncy with the Golden Sombrero to end it
🌟🤠
Holding them to 5 runs in two games is impressive. This is one of the best lineups in recent history.
I'll gladly take these last two games! Great to have baseball back.
Split! Will gladly take it against that team to start the season.

So what would happen if we brought in a reliever and he pitched to one guy and "hurt his back" after striking him out and we coincidently were able to bring in a lefty to face the lefty that was on deck, for example

Kinda like a guy taking a fall with cramps to stop a no huddle momentum in football

I'm sure you wouldn't be able to get away with that for long.
Would be a good trick to save for playoffs

That's what I'm sayin

And then it gets exploited but then I wonder how they can enforce a way to stop it? If you leave a game with an injury, you can't pitch the name game or something? But then teams would utilize it in the game 6 or 7 and whatnot

Just something that came into my hesd

Like I've been saying, I think this team can surprise people and make a run.

Yes he does. I'd hang it up after this year if I were him. He doesn't even look comfortable making the routine plays

Dude isnt going to leave money, we're going to have to wait when his contract expires after 21'. His and Belt's contract will finally be off the books and the SS market is going to be insane headlined by Lindor and Seager if those players aren't resigned by then.
Solid win last light. Ruf looking like a find, unlike McCarthy...

Said in spring training that I hope Zaipler have the balls to make Ruf our everyday first baseman.

I know spring and 4 games is a small sample size, but he would be my starter if I was the manager.

We have read the Belt book many times. The ending isn't changing.
