MIL went ahead and traded for Holiday without a deal in place, which submarined the above then announced it was a done deal.
Gotcha!
Who knows though. Could be posturing on both sides to avoid tampering like you said, which I had also heard
Robin Lopez might have just opted out of $5m to avoid getting traded in that deal too. Oops. https://t.co/10zFzC4ZFw

I think sixers did an amazing job last couple days.
How can it be tampering if both teams obviously want to do the deal?Originally posted by 4ML:Originally posted by Hoovtrain:Originally posted by 4ML:Originally posted by Hoovtrain:What I heard this morning was that the Kings were asking for a pick back and Bogi was expecting more $. Yeah, that's pretty unbelievable.

Yeah, that's pretty unbelievable.
You got desperate teams with money like ATL and NY so yeah
That's true but they can fall for the trap thinking Hayward is the piece that gets them to the playoffs. Their GM is a guy who came from the Warriors so I don't think they're that dumb and if it comes to a bidding war the Knicks will win because they're beyond desperate for a name.Originally posted by TheGore49er:Originally posted by FredFlintstone:Originally posted by StOnEy333:Originally posted by valrod33:Gordon Heyward opted out of $34 million. I wouldn't put ATL in the same.category as the Knicks. They are building a nice young team there. Solid draft 4 years in a row now. I expect ATL to be a playoff team this year if they stay healthy.
