30 might be a little low, but I still think it's a 35-39 win max team. Not all that impressed, but hey I could be wrong .
39-33 record for them isn't bad at all. It depends on how much the young players have improved.
My bad, I'm thinking in terms of an 82 game season. They are a max 39 win team in 82 game season. More like 35
I think they may get above .500 this season if couple young guys take a leap. i think theyre building it the right way.

DeAndre Hunter/Cam Reddish
Gallinari/Collins
Capela/Collins
That's a pretty good 9 man rotation that should fit well with all the shooting.
If Hunter and Reddish (both were playing well before the stoppage) take a leap - I can see them get past .500 record.
They've to learn how to win games. They've enough talent to do it. Excellent mixture of young and veterans. That's what you want - the pups will learn from the vets like Rondo and Gallinari.
