I think that won't be enough. I think many owners have direct lines to very powerful politicians in each state. I think players want not just their money - but their influence too.

But, yes - this being an election year and trump trying everything to suppress voting - getting ppl to register to vote and open arenas as voting centers should be on table.

This is easily solved.

Let the women take one for the team this time. WNBA can cancel their season in protest. And NBA can continue.

Not sure why Lebron and others think electing Biden gonna change anything. Obama and Biden didn't do s**t to solve this problem. In fact under Trump shootings have declined compared to Obama years.

Heard it in an interview. Unable to verify. But my point still stands. This issue isn't caused by Trump. It has been going on for years. So get out and vote to make a change seems disingenuous.

I personally don't think season will get canceled - though it won't shock me now.

I do feel that the NBA players understand they have more influence right now in the bubble than at home. Look what they did today. Every major news outlet led with boycott/strike of the NBA and trump convention is going on lol.

Also think - owners and the league need to do more.
