Play in tourney is shaping up to be fun as hell. What a great idea. NBA needed an infusion of excitement. It's sad that Russ Westbrook is putting up INSANE numbers... stuff that is unheard of, and in large part the sports world doesn't care. Do we not respect offensive stats as much? Is it because he isn't considered a winner, or, is the interest in the NBA not there like it used to be? I think it's a combo of everything... but how sick would a Lebron vs. Steph play in game be? Nice job by Silver to make bold changes

NBA has become less and less watchable for me since early 2000's. Allowing super teams killed MLB and is/has killed the NBA.

Play in tourney is dumb. NBA doesn't have the depth for it.

I don't have a problem with the super teams , the defense is weak and so many games seem like a live lay up line and 3pt shooting contest

The athletes are amazing, but yeah the defense is trash as hell now. Makes it harder to really appreciate offense

Play in tourney for the west is generating a lot of buzz and excitement. It's great for the NBA... of course in the East it's garbage. The only team that folks care about in the east is Brooklyn
