Adames sounds like a great guy. I heard he's very popular in the clubhouse which can be a big plus when a team is struggling. He sounds very personable in his interviews.

The irony is if Farhan were still here Burnes is a Giant right now. He loved those player options.

More and more players are dumping him because he ruins their market by waiting too long. MLB needs to just create a free agent signing period that ends sometime in mid January. It would ensure players get settled with their new team long before ST, and would also create some hype around the sport like the NFL has when free agency kicks off and everyone is signing left and right.

It's a shamr that agents have become so pwerful. They're largely responsible for the crazy salary escalation we see.
