Those are all facts but I am more impressed with the stuff you can't measure. He sets the tone and is helping establish a ballclub of players who need to f**king approach the game a certain way and take winning as a team and the culture seriously.

Yep. Which is why I am fine with his 151 mil contract...especially given the crazy dollar figures being issued. Its crazy that 151 mil sounds like a bargain.
