Still early but I like what I am seeing.

Except for Wade. He is struggling big time.

Hoping Wade turns out around. He's got a good eye but he's struggling to barrel balls. If this team had a decent first baseman, and cut s**tty ass Koss and Huff they'd be legit legit.

Chapman, Ramos and Adames haven't been hitting well either. Ramos and Adames got a couple hits last night but it's been mostly Lee, Yaz and Flores. We know Chapman will eventually hit. He got off to slow start last year too. At least he's getting on base with walks.

Wade usually gets a lot of walks which is the reason they had him leading off. This year he's not doing that. They want him in there because he's a left handed bat but right now he's a left handed out.

I was just looking at the Giants upcoming game with Phillies and the first two guys I noticed playing for the Phillies are Schwarber and Castellanos (who I really wanted for the Giants to sign few years back) and who were readily available in FA. Those two, added to Harper were one of the primary reasons the Phillies are the powerhouse they are today. If only the Giants Corp conglomerate bustards wanted to spend more money instead of stuffing their pockets every year.

You're not getting those type of power hitters choosing SF over PHI especially the ball parks. For one this team has to show they can win and 2 they have to pay more for those guys, I feel Buster can close but ownership has to really open their pocket books like they did for Adames.

No question most power hitters don't want to come here. Look at how many more HRs the Giants hit when they go to places like NY and Philly where the dimensions are smaller and the ball carries. Even the best power hitters hit a few that wouldn't be out at Oracle. That's what makes what Bonds did even more remarkable. Steroids or no steroids.

Wade, Bailey, Adames, Chapman all not really hitting rn
Was watching the replay on that bad ump call on Realmuto's strikeout in the 7th. Bailey's framing was insanely good here.

check on the MLB auditor acct on tik tok. It highlights all the missed calls by ump each day. Funny and embarrassing.

I have always said Bonds lost more homeruns from our park than he gained from any PEDs. At least at home that is.

How do you figure? I saw plenty of lasers off the bricks that would have traveled an additional 50+ feet that would have been easy homeruns that were kept in by our park.

Bonds wasnt hitting wall scrapers that you could argue would have been flyouts if not for any PED use.

You think he's hitting 73 in a year without steroids? lol no. Without he hits 500-500. With he's the greatest hitter that ever played.
Verlander getting knocked around in both innings so far
Ramos not having a good road trip with the glove.
birdsong right down the pipe smh
