99, I know we hovered around .500 last season, but I still think that has to do with the fact that the length of the season didnt offer enough time for things to right themselves.

This is correct. There isnt a single player on this team that casual fans would specifically seek out to watch.

Farhan did a great job getting pitching talent on the cheap. I think the Giants are going to sign some big time hitters in the off season when they have money to spend.

Those would be superstars, which don't exactly grow on trees. That could change with Luciano.

Posey is probably my favorite SF giants so I am watching him as much as possible.

I mean, I agree Posey one of if not my favorite Giants ever. But he isnt a player that people other than you and I would seek out to watch.

Most people in here have higher expectations than I. And the Giants have started off better than any of us could have expected. I had the Giants around a 70 win team. Most have them around an 81.
