I don't think Sanchez threw 97, if he did it was when he was throwing out of the pen as a rookie. I thought he maxed out more 95/96

I didn't think either. But I misinterpreted the tweet and thought it meant we had a lefty starter throwing it 16 years ago

It is interesting how the addition of Ramos provided a sudden jolt to the team. After sloppy mistakes in the first two games, the Giants played error-proof baseball in the third game.

Perhaps that was the intention.

The thing is a lot of these teams have that young hot shot prospect and or young studs on their team that brings swag and energy. We need to start instilling that and Ramos is a start.
