In a perfect world a healthy Giannis plays and this Finals series is truly competitive. As is the Bucks will compete but the outcome is a forgone conclusion, the Suns franchise will have its first NBA championship. Happy for them, dismayed for the Bucks and Giannis.

FWIW, the Suns have beaten the Bucks over the last few years pretty handily. Hard to judge a series based on two games a years over several years, but that's the truth.

Interesting article about ESPN and their NBA on-air personalities:


a lot to take in, but it's a bit weird that Lebron's spokesman/advisor guy has this close of a personality with ESPN's on air talent. May lead to skewed, biased coverage of him. That dude has a lot of power. His advisor (white dude) also says he's exhausted from the Me too and BLM movement lol

will be interesting to see what the fallout is

I think we can all agree that a Milwaukee roster without Giannis was much better than a Trae less atlanta roster

If Giannis is healthy - really looking fwd to Crowder defending him and Bridges defending Middleton. Both good defenders.

On PnR - Giannis is so so good at weak side defending. If he's on his game - he may be able to disrupt it enough times to lessen its impact.

Also - I think Lopez has been tremendous in these playoffs when playing against a true center. He struggles when opposing teams go small. He may gibe up easy looks on defense but Suns will be playing Ayton a lot and I think Lopez can have a big series by pulling Ayton out of the paint. A healthy Giannis can feast inside.

Lastly - Bucks can throw so many different variety of defenders at Booker and CP3. They have PJ, Jrue, Middleton, and Giannis - all pretty good defenders.

Suns advantage is CP3 and Bucks coaching. Should be a close fun series if everyone is healthy. Hope we get that. I do think Bucks will win but Suns have a good shot at it too. I'll give Bucks 65% chance with healthy Giannis.

This is one series where I have no clear-cut rooting interest. I like both teams and whichever team shows the most is the team I will root for.
