Now they can win the Championship. They should hire Tomsula to coach Leeds United.

Technically, 49ers Enterprises now owns the club. It is strictly an investment vehicle set up by Marathe and York to look for low-hanging fruit to turn a profit. Leeds will be a challenge since it just got relegated.
"At the core of its group are a collection of around 11 key investors, the big players in this takeover and the source of a high percentage of the cash needed to buy Leeds. The Lowy Group, the Australian family and property empire represented by Leeds director Peter Lowy, has been part of the project for two years now. These are the most relevant people in the project, the biggest sources of finance and those with the strongest influence." (source: The Athletic)

Its hard to make a profit in English football. Soccer players are paid exhorbitant sums and often have no escape clauses in contracts which can bleed clubs dry. Leeds whilst having past success will be hard for the 49ers to make successful in the short term getting out of the Championship is no easy task its a super competitive division and last time Leeds were relegated from the top flight it took them 16 years to bounce back. Even if Leeds were to go up you have to spend significantly to survive and to be honest there is an established big 6 (Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs) and Newcastle with their oil money have joined that group - these clubs spend astronomical sums I'm not sure the 49ers have the same spending power.
