If Jeanie/Pelinka don't want to fire Ham - might as well trade Lebron bc I don't think anyone available in the trade market will make them a contender if Ham is still the HC. No one on the team likes Ham (other than Prince) and he has pissed off all the role-players and AD & Bron. Rui recently said that "we don't even know what we are doing on defense" - and every player once in their interview is like - well Ham is the HC - he makes the decision - that's his scheme.

Have not said it before - but Lebron has an opt out this summer...Lakers might as well trade him to a team that can be somewhat of a contender and get something in return for him.
