I'm biased here because I've always liked Westbrook. A lot of people would agree with you, but I don't think that's correct. He's been a really good player, but idk if he knows how to play as the 3rd guy and not be the star. Still hoping we can figure it out.

I just see his game going downhill primarily because of his decline in shooting. On a team where he can be the guy and always have the ball in his hands he can still be good though. I just dont see that happening when he is on the floor with AD and Lebron. However, it is early and time will tell. Maybe it will work out for them

He's such a bad fit on this team. They needed a traditional PG who can shoot a 3 here and there and not turn the ball over. I would take backup PGs from other teams over Russ in this situation. His game just doesn't suit 90% NBA teams.

RW needs to be on an obscure fringe playoff team where he can have the ball the entire game.

He's been a huge surprise and one of the few guys keeping the Lakers head above water. He's making up for a lot of the crap RW is putting out there.

Only 11 games in but he has to be leading 6th man of the year candidate right now. Just ridiculous shooting.

Westbrook will be fine too. He's also a polarizing player but he'll figure it out. I've no doubts about it.

The team played pretty decent tonight. Things got silly when the refs gave 5 FTs on one possession. Totally swung the momentum their way, but they fought hard in OT and salvaged the win. Well done.

Yup - lakers were up 11. After that one possession they were only on 6. Those 3 techs/delay of game or whatever the f**k that was - was completely absurd. Refs try to insert themselves in the game sometimes. I thought Rondo's Flagrant 2 was too harsh too. Should have been flagrant 1. Reaves got smacked in the head too and they didn't even review it.

Calling him the worst player in the NBA is harsh but the way he plays and the usage he requires to achieve his points and assists is why he's overall a negative player, in my opinion. He shot a terrible % again and had 7 TOs. Anytime he takes a 3 or a jump shot the defense wins. With LBJ out he will put up his numbers but at what cost?

I actually like RW a lot since he's from LA and have watched his career closely. I just don't see the fit but I want to see a deep playoff run with the Lakers and LBJ so I hope I'm wrong.

Melo is on a minimum contract. Dude has already earned that.
