Yup. Said the same thing last year. Hopefully Bron requests a trade this offseason.

Lakers didn't have a 2022 First round pick.
Pels can swap 2023 first round pick with Lakers.
Pels have rights to Lakers 2024 or 2025 first round pick

Anthony Davis and Lebron James trade will result in couple of late 1st round picks because only contenders will trade for them.
How exactly Lakers could have started their rebuild last season with no high draft picks available to them in 2022, 2023, and 2024/2025?!?

I think Lakers will have a chance at changing half of this roster before the deadline...and they have bunch of expiring contracts. Let's see what Pelinka comes up with.

Lol Poole and Wiggins cost what 65 million a year and a bust to throw in? Both of those guys work when next to Steph and Klay, but if either of those guys aren't fully healthy neither of them can pick up the slack..and they'd be hot garbage on the Lakers... who are hot garbage themselves.
