Not sure if they can defeat Memphis but if they're healthy - I give them at least 40% chance of getting to 2nd rd.

Gonna be real tough to defend their guards with our backcourt. 40% sounds about right though

No Steven adams for the post season, Grizzlies have no front court depth

AD should go off

Imo, Lakers should be the favorites

It happens…especially considering the schedule. You gave up on this team a long time ago, so you probably are right - don't want to hear it.

they were horrible and needed some major pieces to get to .500

They were not horrible man…they were poorly constructed and as I said all along - that FO needed to invest in this team. They played hard all season and kept fighting.

They needed to add players that fit better with AD and Bron - not trade AD and Bron.

DLo has missed more games than played since traded. Beasley has been horrendous. Bamba has been hurt. Rui is inconsistent (though he has shown some consistently over the last week).

They started 2-10 but since then have played above .500 even with AD missing 6 weeks. So, it wasn't just major new pieces.

It's AD being healthy & playing like a top 5 player first & foremost. Coaching staff finally realizing & starting Reeves - who has become more than just a role player (and imo they need to give Max Christie minutes too), TBJ and Gabriel giving their all every night, and Lebron being Lebron when healthy. New players fit better and let AD & Bron be more efficient and trading Russ & PatBev has been addition by subtraction.

Anyway, lakers are here now & need to win last 2 games to be at 7 at worst. Still in good spot. Truly think they'll give Grizzlies a hell of a fight if they get that 7th spot.

Laker super fan lol

JJJ has been amazing and is one guy in the Western Conf that can match AD's size and quickness. Adams has been out since January but Memphis keeps winning games. They're almost unbeatable at home - so I def. won't have Lakers as favorites.

Ja is amazing and Bane and Kennard are snipers. Dillon will do his stupid s**t. Really wanted that 6th seed but knew it'd be really very unlikely. Much rather face things Kings - only bc they have 0 experience and play little to no defense.

Regardless, Lakers have to win today and then win on Tuesday against Pels/Wolves to secure the 7th spot. So, not given they end up at 7th yet. Could still be out of the playoffs completely lol

…better win on Tuesday and get that 4 day rest.

Should be good. Won't have to worry about Rudy this game. Most likely he's gonna be suspended by his team.

Its basically a walk over for the Lakers. McDaniel broke his wrist and out for the game and Rudy will likely be suspended as you say. I dont see anyway they go into LA and win
idk about Rudy being suspended

IIRC we didn't suspend dray for punching poole and that just as worse imo

Will be surprised if they suspend him. McDaniels is a big loss for Wolves though.

Obviously it's not an easy game. Wolves would easily be top 5 team if KAT was healthy all season. Would have much rather faced the Pels.

Gobert not traveling to LA.
Wow crazy

they'll offload gobert in offseason
It being on camera during a televised game is much worse imo.
