Retire then, dude. Typically I side with the workers, however, NBA players are not really your average worker.
They are much closer to the owners (oligarchs) than I, or most workers, ever will be, so they can't be considered just workers. I don't sympathize with Dame on this.
If the demand is just to go to any contender than my stance is softer and I do sympathize with him, but when it's forcing your way to Miami, F that.
In that light, you don't get to force your way anywhere after signing such a lengthy contract extension.
Stay in Portland, or go to whatever contender can properly compensate the Trailblazers for you, or put your money where your mouth is and just retire.

I don't get why he's being so stubborn about moving now. He's had several chances to leave Portland and he's stayed loyal knowing full well that team wasn't going anywhere. Dude is looking like a gigantic clown.
