Ham as average at best as a HC. I can win games with AD / Lebron...
It took him months to finally take Prince out of the starting lineup. His rotations were awful most of the year. Our advantage was our front court, he misused that badly. He would go small in the worst situations, our team makeup wasn't athletic guards, and he would try to match up against teams that had that.
His adjustments also sucked.
