STILL should've been the GOLDEN STATE AMAZONS:
"Know, then, that, on the right hand of the Indies, there is an island called California, very close to the side of the Terrestrial Paradise, and it was peopled by black women, without any man among them, for they lived in the fashion of Amazons. They were of strong and hardy bodies, of ardent courage and great force. Their island was the strongest in all the world, with its steep cliffs and rocky shores. Their arms were all of gold, and so was the harness of the wild beasts which they tamed and rode. For, in the whole island, there was no metal but gold."

Las Sergas de Esplandián, (novela de caballería) by Garci Rodríguez de Montalvo.Published in Seville in 1510.

Stupid Kings and their push for the "Valkyries" name.
Ehhh.

Valkyries > Amazons.

Number went up a bit while going against the full slate of NFL Sunday games. That's pretty impressive.

Tuned in halfway through the 3rd quarter, was an amazing finish.

3-4 years they will be in black imo. TV deals are already signed - so higher ratings don't get them any more money from tv. But, revenue will go up as more ppl buy jerseys and come to the games.

Fully expect ticket prices to go up next season. Also - adding more teams = more games = more money. They're on the right path.
This game 5 of the WNBA Finals is vintage WNBA, and reaffirms why the league isn't very popular.

Smoked layups
Turnovers
Hella Jump balls

Just ugly ugly basketball.

I believe the players have one of the lowest % of revenue share

seems like a strike is in the future too
This is why we need Caitlin on a good team and quick.

Maybe that's why they limit it to five games instead of seven? Nothing against the women, bless their hearts, but s**t, I hardly watch men's ncaa bball.

I forgot to add airballs to the list.

I have tried so hard to become a fan of this league this season. I watched more full games this year than I watched partial games in the rest of my life combined. Its just such a hard watch.
