It would have been a travesty if they turned it into a biathlon. I thought it was one of the more entrenched events in Olympic history. It actually surfaced as a medal event for the first time in 2000. Anyway they are back at it. Hope they emerge with no ill effects!

Simone Biles Is so amazing. One of the greatest American athlete. Been watching Olympics with my 4 year old and she can't get enough of Simone and Ledecky.

I dont think this team has played very well in the last 3 or 4 games. Will another team be good enough to beat us playing poorly, or are we going to steamroll through this tournament? Wouldnt be shocked by either outcome.

Biles is on another level. Her speed and power just pops on the screen - especially on floor exercise and vault. She makes her small mistakes like everyone else but her difficulty level is so far above everyone that it really doesn't matter unless literally falls down.
