This is much better than the previous 4-team format, especially in the Transfer Portal & NIL Era. Looking forward to
how the committee tweaks the selection etc, to make it even better moving forward.

In a 4 team format, Ohio state and ND aren't in it. It's be Oregon, Georgia, Penn State, Texas

in an 8 team format it's probably Oregon, Penn St, Georgia, ASU, Clemson, Texas, Boise State, ND (no Ohio State)

Ohio state as 3rd highest ranked Big10 team only makes it in 12 team format

Really like watching the games with this new playoff format. Only concern is the extra games played can expose to injury top players that will be in the draft in a few months.

They need to start playoffs a week earlier

need to seed teams based on rank regardless of conf champ

and I think they should eliminate conf champ games. You don't play a nfc west champ game before a 4 round playoff

georgia lost its Qb in what is essentially a pointless game

Predicted all playoff matches!

Ohio state 24, Notre dame 14

- And Then There Were Two (2) -

Early odds for The Natty have Ohio State as a 9.5-point favourites over Notre Dame. The over/under for the game is set at 46.5 points.
I'd imagine the line will change between now and 20 January 2025.

Ohio state should win easily.

if teams are healthy I think rankings go:
1. Georgia
2. Ohio state
3. Oregon
4. Texas
5. Notre dame
6. ASU
7. Ole Miss
8. Penn state
9. BYU
10. Tenn
11. Miami
12. Boise State

ole miss and Miami choked away playoff shots

SMU really had no business in it

I've made money, yes.

I've posted my picks for years

ive posted picks on here that hit well over 70% during a year

this year was my worst, i think posted pucks hit like 40%. But making it back on playoffs

I posted all the winners in advance but spreads didn't always hit

Irish gonna get destroyed
That RT for Texas gave the best McKivitz impression I've seen yet.
