UFC can learn from boxing and it's PPV schedule. Have one huge card every 3-4 months. There's a fkn PPV like every other week.

and what do you up until those 3-4 months? just have guys fight that are pretty much irrelevant? that is one of the reasons why boxing is down right now is because they are doing exactly just that.

i think UFC has the right idea right now, you gotta put on free fights at least once a week if you want to keep it relevant. if you want people to buy these PPVs and get invested in fighters, they gotta be showcased more and for free at first.

They also have 10 title belts. Can't run 3-4 big shows a year that way.

They need 12 big shows (PPV's) a year plus a bunch of Fight Nights in between. The big shows IMO should be 8 PPV's plus the 4 cards on FOX. Right now they run 13 PPV's plus the 4 FOX cards, thus cutting out 5 would allow for bigger more stacked PPV's and better FOX cards.
