That's a safe bet to say against anyone going up against Francis. Miocic weighed in at 234. Francis @ 263. He's light AF but he weighed less when he fought DC last time. Regardless of what happens you can't discount Stipe as the greatest HW UFC fighter ever. If he beats Francis again and Jones after he may have claim to the best of all time (anti-jinx).
