I can't say any of those things about Roman Reigns.
Has it leaked or something that he is lazy?
Naw. He just hits every bullet point that makes the IWC hate a wrestler. Tall and muscular, check. Didn't wrestle on the indys, check. Poor mic skills, check. Perceived to be handed opportunities that others deserve more, check. Same 5 moves in every match, check.
I'm sure in real life he's a nice guy and hard working. And what's he gonna do, turn down being pushed to the moon? It stands out more in WWE, but even on the indys guys with great bodies get more opportunities. I seent it first hand.
What I think is funny is that the IWC believes that if you go about it through the indies and do it "the right way," you should earn a right to win/push. But there is no win here. It is scripted. It is a play. An act. With just a hint of realism to create a facade for the truth, which is, it is not a sport, but sports entertainment. I hear the IWC, though. I remember back in the day clamoring for dudes to get a push who never got it.
