i guess they don't want Reigns getting booed. but idk what's more sad, the fact they want to Reigns to be the face, but they are scared to put him in the ME, or that two 50 year olds are closing out WM.

They've made mistakes of putting championship matches at the end when other matches were clearly better

some fans might like that, other fans might hate all the gimmicks involved in matches. i guarantee you NXT main event won't need a bunch of gimmicks to make it a good match.

and of course other matches were clearly better than the championship match, but that's not the point. when you got HBK, Taker, Foley, on the WM card, Vince pretty much knew they would steal the show, but you don't put them after the championship match. he's not putting Shane / Taker last because he knows that will be a better match, he's doing so Reigns doesn't close the show getting booed out in front of 100K+ people.

Imo, my top three WM matches:

1. Macho Man / Steamboat at WM3
2. Rock/Hogan at WM18
3. Austin/Hart at WM13.
