Maria was always over in WWE, no clue why they ever released her.

Jinder Mahal

It's great

Tired of seeing same guys all the time. Even if Jinder fails to gain attraction, it's a step in right direction

Plus I think since he's been getting a lot of heat lately about roids, good transition to becoming hated heal.

Also, he could easily lose his #1 contendership in another match lol

I am happy they are giving a new guy a shot, and Mahal certainly fits Vince's ideal big man type. Mahal pretty much paid his dues being relegated to 3MB for so long lol.

Id love for him to win the belt. Would make for a far more interesting champion than Orton who is just kinda there.

Yeah Orton as champ is dull. Seems more placeholder than actually trying to market the belt.

Also read that Jinder's push (along with the Bollywood Boys) is happening because the WWE is expanding the India market, which always has a big fan base. Either way it is good to see a fresh face.
The House of Horrors match isn't for the championship? What's the point then?

Saw that report. That is indeed dumb if true.
Not a fan of guys who won 2% of their matches over the years getting a push. The JBL push. If they're not built up they can't be credible. Give Majal the US belt and have Owens go for the gold.

"There are people backstage in WWE that are applauding Jinder Mahal for the hard work he's put in since returning to WWE last year. People that know him say that he is taking this run very very seriously, and he is "working his ass off" to make sure he is given opportunities within the company. That hard work has paid off because he is the next challenger for the WWE Championship at WWE Backlash."

Only big guys like Lesnar,Vader, etc bullies with respect went out of their way to ,"strongstyle," a guy.

Scott Hall always brings up his match against Vader where he was KO'd standing up from a Vader punch.
