I can't see Vince doing AJ v Nakamura for the title so does mean Orton wins back to back Rumbles? Orton v KO for the belt.

I hope not. Randy Orton has become stale IMO. Styles/Nakamura/Owens in a Triple Threat would be great though for Mania.

Vince can do AJ vs Nakamura at Mania without the title and fans will eat it up. So taking the title off of AJ to put it on KO and further that storyline could go a long way, and they also could use the US title tourny to put a strap on Sami as well.
However I dont see Randy winning the RR if that were to happen as it would fall flat. They would either go the predictable route and have Reigns win (will get a lot of heat but won't be as flat of an ending as Orton) OR not do KO vs Orton but instead KO vs Cena with Cena winning the RR.
