Braun will be cashing in on Leaner after he beats Lashley.

Depends on what Lesnar is doing after summerslam. If he's still under contract maybe, but he did re-enter the USADA testing pool so he can fight Cormier.

If he's leaving for a while then I could see Lashley winning and Braun cashing in to win so the two of them could feud.
Not gonna lie, I'm stoked that The B Team won the titles. Bray needs to be a singles wrestler.
When was the last time the Intercontinental Championship match the main event above the WWE Title match?

I'm shocked their push is legitimate now. I wasn't buying it but good for them. Its nice to see them get a push for once.

Can she speak English? Asuka not being able to is killing her on TV.

same with Nakamura. this is why i don't understand the reasoning for WWE not using managers anymore. i guess it's too much more of a burden for their wonderful writers...

I'm hoping that the long term story line can incorporate an influx of the top Japanese wrestlers - with them all forming a stable with a good manager/mouthpiece (Heyman?) and "translator" with the back story being that they were "buried" due to poor English/Mic skills.

Lets get Nakamura and Asuka on one show with Heyman as a start......

Andrade doesnt speak strong English so im curious as to why he was given a mouth piece vs the wwe finding a mouth piece for other wrestlers who are foreign and lacking English speaking mic skills.

If they are going to force wrestlers to only follow one defined line to success, then why are they signing all these foreign talents if they won't ever do/be what Vince wants. It's frustrating seeing all these awesome talents wasted. Then after they are used wrong for so long, you don't even want to see another crappy match, or painful promo from them.

Daniel Bryan signed a new deal. I know some people really thought he was gonna leave for Japan or something but I dont think it was ever a real possibility.

When you're that big of a star, you're not gonna make that kind of money in the indie. He's making at least 2-3 mil a year and merch sales.

Bryan probably could make as much if not more on the indies. Depends on the schedule he wants to work though.

His meal ticket if he went back to the indies would be merch and pictures/autographs. Cody, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks have made a s**t ton of money, mostly through merch and a big reason is that you get almost all of the money from sales unlike in WWE where you get a small percentage of merch sales.

Very few guys can make that kinda money on the indies though.

There are a couple of promotions out there that will pay 10K per booking once in a while, and Daniel would get that. If he works 3-4 days a week, sure, he can make 2-3 mil a year as well.

From what I remember Cena / Lesnar are the only ones making more than 5 mil a year with their contracts. Cena, actually makes close to 10 mil, but I'm not sure if that includes merch sales as well. Also, I'm assuming that DBs new contract might also be close to the 5 mil a year range, since he was never one of their top payed guys. From what I read, DB got a really good contract and less days as well. He won't make 5 mil a year on the indie scene just working 2-3 days a week, (which he's now gonna be doing with WWE) on top of medical care that he gets with WWE for free.

Bryan is definitely one who could charge more on the indies, but like I said the meal ticket is merch. The Young Bucks managed to swing a deal with Hot Topic to sell Bullet Club merch in select stores, it went so well that they put them in every store nation wide. They are making a killing with it plus they still sell a whole different line thru their prowrestlingtees.com store and thru youngbucksmerch.com. Nobody else has ever done what they have done with regards to branding and marketing themselves which is part of why they still have not come to WWE, as from a money standpoint they do not need it.

Bryan has become such a star that he could easily brand and market himself on the indies and sell s**t tons of merch and get deals with the likes of a Hot Topic. But being on the indies would not be wise for his health. With nobody to tell him not to do this spot or that spot and with a stiffer style it would be a risky decision given the heath scare he had in WWE.

Orton turned heel?

Maybe, or he will show up on SD telling Nak that imagine what he will do to him if he can do that to his "friend". Guessing we get a triple threat at SS with those guys.

jrg must be stoked his boy is back

Orton needs to be paired with someone exciting or else his overwhelming boringness just ruins everything. I think they should pair Orton with Andrade "Cien" Almas, or have him Hoss fight with Strowman. Matching him with people like Roode, Mahal, and AJ just doesn't do it.
