Bc wwe isnt that good anymore...you cant produce stars, especially in this very PG wwe. The overly scripted personalities are terrible.

Reigns wouldve been cheered during the AE imo. Dont like him now, but if it was then, no doubt he wouldve been a fan favorite. You cant act like a badass and have the vocabulary of a 8 year old. Austin today would be throwing up index fingers and chugging whatever product wwe was advertising that week...he wouldve been booed out the building.

I agree that WWE sucks, but I don't think PG has anything to do with it. I mean, go back and watch those Attitude Era shows. We're nostalgic for that period, but that s**t doesn't hold up. lol

Besides the overly scripted b******t and all the "smart" fans, which I agree with you on, I think what separates then from now most is that WWE wouldn't have fought the fans for 5+ years back then. If Austin was booed, they would've just turned him heel.

I think they can make stars in the PG era, however they need to stop scripting them. Seeing Bayley, and Ronda, Baron, and Roman spit out lines they are trying to remember hinders the authenticity, and sounds robotic. On top of that, nobody in that age group would say some of the BS they have to say. If they could say their own stuff, I'm sure they could get their point across and still keep it pG.

Does anyone like Ruby Riott or any of the Riott squad? I'm kind of tired of them getting jobbed out every week.

They were more clever back then. Rock pretty much is a more talented version of Roman Reigns. Fans saw him, knew he was going to be pushed and went bananas at the thought of it. They got him over for like a month then turned him and made him champ. Now fans were kissing his @. HHH has always been a manufactured push but he had constant changes around him and went up vs over faces.

Earlier in the day WrestleVotes had tweeted out that a BIG time WWE superstar was given an offer by AEW.

Sean Ross Sapp on his fightful podcast minutes ago revealed that the name is Randy Orton. Sean has heard from his sources backstage that when AEW was brought to many of the superstars that Orton was one who said "Yeah I'd talk to them to see what they're about." Sapp has also said NO OFFER has been made but their is a willingness on both sides to talk.

Many people backstage feel that Orton has had a "I don't give a f*ck attitude when it comes to his matches the past few years.

Yeah all the fans have picked up on that too. I wouldn't say he's being wasted though since he is Hunter's boy. He's been boring as hell for years and he's a part timer now so maybe its more on him then anyone else. He gave up on trying to be creative and interesting.
