They have two right now who they want to develop and build as top stars in MJF and Adam Page.

Creating new top stars that fans truly invest in AND who put asses in seats and move the ratings needle is incredibly tough. AEW have their work cut out for them.

Does AEW even have a farm system? I know back in the day WCW had the Power Plant and WWE had OVW which eventually became NXT, but I dont recall AEW having this system in place as of yet. Could be a factor in their talent development.

They do not but they do have 3 guys who will work as coaches amongst other things : Dean Malenko, Billy Gunn and Jerry Lynn.

I imagine they won't have much trouble finding an indy fed like OVW who would be willing to serve as a farm/developmental system for them in time when they begin to establish themselves. For now with plans to run house shows, TV and occasional PPV, the coaches will have time before shows to work in ring and backstage with talents.

I hope they do 6 ppvs a year. Build up the matches really well. Thats something that wwe has stopped carrying about a long time ago.

4 to 6 ppvs with something similar to the old Clash of Champions special once a year on TNT or TBS would be pretty special.

4 PPV's and 2 TV specials that are essentially free PPV's on TV would be ideal IMO (like CoC). That averages a big show every 2 months to build to.

True true. That is a good big show model to have.

THE GREATEST CLASH OF CHAMPIONS MATCH, YOU SAY?

BE HOLD, MOTHERf**kERS!

Damn those chair shots
IIconics got their first win over WWE talent since WM last night I think. Lol
Joe vs Ricochet should be fun.
Impact released scarlett but she's working the indies. Apparently some fan grabbed her and there is a fat debate about how you present yourself to the fans. Etc.
