...if Dolph wanted to do something about it he couldve. He obviously didnt care. That doesnt mean she doesnt care. And last time i checked theres a difference between a mans chest and womans chest lol.

I think it depends on the fans. Bayley obviously felt safe enough to go into the crowd to two different spots when she won the championship at Money in the Bank. These indie gymnasiums probably don't have the best security around either though.

I think "touch" and "grab" are the two key words here. She got grabbed/felt on. Men/women performers all get touched from time to time when close to the fans. Tap on shoulders, pat on back, etc.
