Honestly it makes sense. The wrestlers want the freedom to go work with other wrestlers. If they are allowed to use bullet club copyrights on other shows it will only help the merchandise sales.
Then you can story it where the NJPW bullet club gets fed up and invades to shut up the elite.
An example, MJF vs Omega for the title, bullet club attacks causing a DQ or no decision. No MJF is pissed, and by extension the inner circle, and they arrive in japan to attack the bullet club.

Wait is this confirmed that NJPW and AEW are working together, would be amazing, I want to see Okada, Tanahashi, Ibushi, Jay White, and many many more from NJPW show up in AEW. Would be great to see Bullet Club show up on Dynamite and attack Omega, The Bucks, & The Good Brothers. Imagine Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, Bad Luck Fale, Chase Owens, Yujiro Takashashi, EVIL, Gedo, Jado, Jay White, KENTA, Hiku Leo(some combo show up, what makes most sense would be the OGs, Tonga, Fale, even Loa since he's Tama's Brother, well half brother).

Sadly, not a chance. WWE would never let their talent actually be, you know, independent contractors.

I do not think there should be massive intertwined storylines. But specifically NJPW and whichever Mexico promotion they co op with, it would be a great way to cross promote. Wrestlers getting into new markets to increase their "followers" and maybe reach a few new fans for the promotion they come from.

Also, if your mid-top card tweener is getting stale, you can loan them to NJPW or Mexico to run a 4-6week story with some time off around it. They are gone 6-9 weeks so when they return there can be a big pop. And as AEW improves their base level talent, you can send your top guys to give the others below them a good push, and more screen time.

When AEW first got the TV deal i was talking to my friend that is deeper in it than anyone else i know. That is the gist of what he told me.

I just hope the wrestlers can make it happen. but it is literallythis clip below. The two Mexican promotions are pouting children over 2 dead guys feud.
