You could say the same thing about Baylor too when he got the Universal Title but everyone was happy about that. Rhea has at least had multiple matches with main roster personnel the last two years before this year including the NXT Championship match at Wrestlemania last year. She's over as hell, can cut a good promo and is entertaining. I don't see an issue with it.

Mania has been horrible. I don't think I've been this bored since mania 32.
