Yeah it was awful. I wrote a letter complaining. I heard from others that complained that they got 6 months free lol.
Last night's Money in the Bank was actually rock solid. And to be very fair, RAW/Smackdown have gotten A LOT better after a pretty long period of absolutely TERRIBLE shows. They know the fans need/deserve better. I like the additions. But there's still much more to be done.
They DESPERATELY need to develop some younger talent. Too many of their guys are pushing into their 40s now. At some point you need legitimate people to pass the torch to. I like Big E, Drew, and Seth Rollins in the short term though.
Long term, I think Matt Riddle and Otis have a LOT of potential IMO. Neither are perfect, but they've got a lot to work with. I feel like they're kind of ruining Otis right now... but that's just me. Ricochet might have something there too as a welterweight fighter. Omos has high upside too but still needs LOTS of work.
I mean.. look at that list. It's sad. 2-3 up-and-comers? Maybe a couple more if you bring up some NXT guys and Keith Lee comes back. It's not good enough.
On the Men's side, it's awful. But I think they're doing much better with the women. Love Nikki Cross (Nikki A.S.H), love Bianca, Rhea, Asuka, Liv, Alexa (although this new personality is overdone...), Lacey Evans, really almost all of them. I think they're in good shape there. Gonna be even better with Becky Lynch coming back.
