More cuts coming. Ciampa and Gargano reported to be next
No way. They embody nxt.
I guess the old man wants to turn it into a developmental, not an indie themed show
Ya that's the plan pretty much
https://cultaholic.com/posts/report-major-changes-coming-to-wwe-nxt
Basically stuff that was reported earlier this year. Vince is gonna go back to recruiting young wrestlers with size, and get them learning a WWE style of wrestling. The idiot thinks that the small indie style wrestlers are why the company is failing.
like CM Punk said years ago,''Vince, you have a fetish for bodybuilders and big men.''
It's a damn shame.
Well, I'm not going to lie. I no longer watch NXT but I will not watch it in the foreseeable future.
Ya I've barely watched it this year. Not bc the product is bad, but it's annoying to see someone get over and only get called up to WWE and get treated as a jobber. Last straw was with Keith Lee, he's so damn good in NXT.
Vince is still stuck in the 80s where the bodybuilders, big, unathletic wrestlers are his guys, he said, or reportedly, that he wants NXT back to development, to bring in young guys in their 20s, big guys, guys that can be main event attractions.

When CM Punk debuts in AEW next week, they should just give him a microphone and ten minutes of time.
I wonder when he debuts, how it's gonna happen, will it be during a segment involving Darby Allin since he's the one who said "Even if you're the best in world", or something to do with The ELITE, Idk if Omega, it seems like they're gonna do Omega/Christian Cage at ALL OUT, and Page will be the one to take the belt from Kenny, likely either in November at Full Gear, or February's Revolution, I just love the long term story telling, having Page basically lose everything, & everyone, a loner, being beat down by 5 guys.

For the most part, these guys coming from WWE aren't taking shots at them, and I'm glad. Anyone who watches AEW is most likely here bc of how bad WWE has been ran, and we all know the why and how. They dont need to do a promo telling us how bad Vince is when we already know it.
And I don't think Punk is that bitter at them anymore. He left wrestling all together, so it wasn't just WWE. Also still don't believe he's signed until I see it. And f**k dirt sheets lol. This could've been the biggest surprise since Hall showed up in WCW.
Yeah for the most part ex-WWE guys haven't really taken shots at them, some have.
Jericho's quote of we don't run a sloppy shop, in reference to WWE's initial COVID-19 protocols.
Miro with the brass ring, directed at Vince, since he always says grab the brass ring.
I can't remember is FTR or Shawn Spears has said anything on air about WWE.
I've yet to see/hear Christian Cage, Dustin Rhodes, Jake Hager, Matt Hardy, Malakai Black(but he just debuted), Andrade El Idolo(Also just debuted), PAC, STING & Jon Moxley say anything negative towards WWE or Vince, on air anyway.
Maybe Cody, the throne smashing at Double or Nothing in his match vs. Dustin, I think he's said some stuff, but can't remember it.
The late Mr. Brodie Lee did, but it was only in his debut when he said Daniels wasn't the first out of touch old man to not believe in him, had to be directed at Vince, cause he never used Brodie right, he was a star, he would have been in WWE or AEW, just sad he passed away.
People say, "oh AEW signs another WWE reject or ex-WWE guy" yet they don't have that many
Moxley
Cody
Dustin
PAC
FTR
Spears
Miro
Jericho
Christian
Matt Hardy
Hager
Black
Andrade
Sting (If you can really call him a WWE guy, he had a few matches, got screwed, retired, let his contract run out)
I know some guys like The Bucks, Omega, Daniels, Kazarian, and others have worked for WWE, but not main roster, Bucks were used on ECW to parody HHH & HBK so Miz & Morrison could beat them down, then Matt Jackson was squashed in a tables match vs. the Big Show, Omega was only in development, Daniels had a few matches when he had hair lol on like Sunday Night Heat or Velocity, maybe the same for Kaz(I might be wrong on if he has worked for WWE).
Then the Indy guys like Brian Cage, Darby Allin, Ethan Page, Scorpio Sky, Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs, Private Party, Dark Order, Angelico & Jack Evans, The Acclaimed(Caster seems to have been suspended for his rap where he said some not so good things about Simone Biles, I didn't see it thankfully), Griff Garrison, Brian Pillman Jr., Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Eddie Kingston, Darius & Dante Martin(Top Flight), MJF, Joey Janela, all 3 members of Jurassic Express, Kip Sabian, QT Marshall & the rest of The Factory stable, Lee Johnson, Lucha Bros., Santana & Ortiz, Sammy Guevara, Wardlow, and the Butcher & the Blade, but Some may have worked like one offs, like MJF as a security guard when he was shoved by Samoa Joe on a NXT TakeOver event, but never had actual contracts that I can remember.
And the only females to work for WWE were Brandi Rhodes, & Serena Deeb.
Oh, Trent did work for WWE, forget who he tagged with, but he's never said anything, as did Archer, but not for long.
I know WWE had Colt Cabana, but I don't remember ever seeing him on TV.
Paul Wight & Mark Henry are commentary for now.
