Wrestling needs tiers

THEE TIPPITY TOP, great promo and virtually unbeatable and these guys do not need belts. Think the rock, austin, undertaker, even brock. Nobody fits this now, even brock.

The championship contenders, good/great promos, ring work, or believeable. These guys need to win belts or disregard them. Think nash, punk, styles, lashley, then mid guys trying to break in to this category.

Then mid carders(intercontinental, US)
The boss level, the nash's, punk's, and styles' who come down to hold the belt and a few who park here to protect their character.

The IC contenders

Then the TV title contenders.

I loved when cena, AJ, and then cody did the open challenges, that should be the TV title. the star dominates almost never losing but it allows new people to rub, an occasional feud, and losses do not hurt the contenders.

It is also a great way for heel heat, cheat every week and then put over a new face.

It just amazes me AEW features more wrestlers in 4 hours than WWE in 7 hours.

I know right? AEW features more talent in Dynamite & Rampage than WWE does with RAW & SD. The tiers make sense, I'd say a Jericho is a guy who is top tier who doesn't need a title.

Sick, oh and I loved when Punk came down the ramp, & he jumped into the crowd, dude seems genuinely happy to be back in wrestling, he doesn't need the money, he just wanted to be somewhere where he can have creative control, have fun, & help the young stars like Darby, Jungle Boy, Orange Cassidy, maybe MJF.

I loved Omega on his short promo on Rampage losing his mind because "the first Dance was clearly all set for him.".
Poor Kenny. He ´s the Michael Jordan of Pro Wrestling. He´s from North Carolina.^^ And AEW and Tony Khan had the audacity to give the MJ hero comeback spot to CM Punk?
I can´t wait for this feud when it will happen, probably after Kenny loses against Hangman. This is a true "who is the best in the world" type of feud more so than the Punk/Y2J feud in WWE for Wrestlemania 28 because there´s a legit argument that Kenny is the best wrestler in the world at least in ring wise. And Punk say what you want about him but this guy is probably the best promo of the last decade. It´s two visions of Pro Wrestling. Kenny the workate warrior vs. ironically CM Punk that represents more the entertainment part of Pro Wrestling.
Meltzer reporting that Bray Wyaat is heading to AEW so...it looks like we'll see the Fiend on Raw again soon.

And where's Sasha Banks? Did I get her preggers ?

Understand already, this isn't a work or a storyline, Bray is gone from WWE and won't be coming back anytime soon.

Meltzer is always wrong tho.
"It's not a hundred percent, because his non-compete's not up, but it's most likely happening. It's the same stage when I said Aleister Black long before it happened. It's the same stage. I don't think there's pen to paper or anything like that, but it's an expectation that's pretty strong, let's put it that way," Meltzer said.

Meltzer is pretty well sourced with AEW and his rumors wrt them are usually pretty accurate.

Bigger story is Cole is officially done with his NXT deal. He could show up on any other wrestling program like say Wednesday night this week. Or he could be WWE main roster bound.

FWIW Young Bucks teased him to AEW after last nights match with a link in the SM bios to seance videos (for those that don't know, the Bucks killed Cole on BTE when he left the indies for WWE).

Time will tell I guess.

Adem Coal Boo Boo!
I'm not sure though. He was Adam Cole before he ever signed with NXT/WWE, but he could've gave them rights to his name for more $$$ a lot of guys do that. But usually those are guys coming from the indie's who aren't big names or Vince doesn't give them a choice. Cole was a pretty big name when he signed with NXT, it's possible he still has the rights to it.

FWIW, Bryan Alvarez talked with AEW guys that would have known if Wyatt was going to sign with AEW and they were really surprised by Dave Meltzer´s report. Basically, it´s far from a done deal.
