I thought Big E officially announced his wrestling career is over and that it's not safe for him to wrestle again?
IIRC he stated that he has no nerve damage and his strength is back. Kofi had mentioned Big E started lifting again.
But apparently some doctors have told Big E not to wrestle again, not sure if it's out of caution or risk of serious harm. So i think his wrestling status is TBD.
IMO, if his wrestling career was indeed over (and he is fully healthy), I think WWE would have brought him back as some sort of regular talent (manager or commentator). He was too charismatic not to be used.
