Kinda odd she is leaving so abruptly and is being stripped of her strap instead of putting over a new champ. She literally worked her last match on a CMLL show last night and went over Tessa and then they announced this. So weird.

Agreed.

So not sure if you have been aware or not but this entire story has been inspired by the movie All About Eve.

At the start of the story they brought in Ben Mankiewicz from Turner Classic Movies to introduce her, he is the grand nephew of Joseph Mankiewicz who wrote and directed All About Eve.



When Mariah debuted and her All Elite graphic was posted on socials, it included the tag line All About Mariah.

It's truly paid off in spades with a terrific long term story that has been incredibly well told.
