Report: Reuben Foster not expected to be suspended by NFL

Former 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster won't have to wait long to suit up for Washington. He won't be suspended by the NFL following his November arrest due to an alleged domestic violence incident in Tampa Bay that led to his release from the 49ers according to JP Findlay of NBC Sports.
