Just-signed wide receiver Mohamed Sanu is active for today's game at the Jets, which comes two days after the eight-year veteran participated in his first practice with the 49ers. Sanu, 31, is in uniform despite his new-guy status largely because he is familiar with head coach Kyle Shanahan's system: They were together in 2016 when Shanahan was the Falcons offensive coordinator.
