Kendrick Bourne may have had false positive COVID-19 test [report]

This week doesn't get any more normal... for the 49ers. Wide receiver Kendrick Bourne, who tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, appears to have been a case of a false positive, having tested negative on his test on Thursday, according to NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco.
