Sticking with Nick: 49ers’ Shanahan decides Mullens will start vs. Cowboys

Two days after saying he was "up for anything" when it came to his quarterbacks, Kyle Shanahan decided not to move Nick Mullens down the depth chart. In a mild surprise, after the 49ers head coach didn't commit to Mullens on Monday, Shanahan announced Mullens would make his sixth straight start when the 49ers visit the Cowboys on Sunday.
