Head coach Kyle Shanahan shared good news after Friday's practice. Deebo Samuel is full-go for Sunday's game. The wide receiver has practiced two consecutive days after sitting out Wednesday's session, and there was growing confidence inside the building that he would be healthy enough to play against the Lions.

"It's kind of out of sight, out of mind right now," Shanahan said, noting that the pain in Samuel's shoulder has subsided throughout the week.

Speaking to reporters after Friday's practice, Samuel was asked if he might need to protect his shoulder on Sunday. He responded, "I ain't protecting nothing."
