The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 12 contest against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Both teams have released their official injury reports, which are provided below.

Injury Notes

Several star players were absent at the start of Friday's practice, including quarterback Brock Purdy, who has been dealing with a shoulder injury all week. The 49ers have officially ruled Purdy out for Sunday's game.

Defensive end Nick Bosa, sidelined by hip and oblique injuries, has also been ruled out.

Meanwhile, tackle Trent Williams, who continues to nurse an ankle injury, did not practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday. His availability will likely be a game-time decision.
