Quick Takeaways

QB Brandon Allen: Allen made his first start with the 49ers and his first NFL start since 2021. He earned a 47.8 offensive grade, which ranked among the five worst offensive grades for the 49ers in this contest. By comparison, regular starter Brock Purdy's lowest single-game grade this season was 54.6, achieved in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Allen finished the game completing 17 of his 29 passes for 199 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Two fumbles, one of which was lost, added to his offensive struggles.

TE George Kittle: Kittle was the 49ers' highest-graded player. He led the game with 82 receiving yards and scored a touchdown, earning a 90.7 offensive grade. This was his highest grade of the season and his best mark since Week 16 of the 2022 season (95.6).

FB Kyle Juszczyk: Juszczyk's 80.0 offensive grade, bolstered by an impressive and team-leading 83.3 run-blocking grade, was his best of the season and his highest overall mark since Week 13 of the 2020 season (83.3).

WR Jauan Jennings: Jennings caught five passes for 40 yards, earning a 61.6 offensive grade and rounding out the top five offensive players for the 49ers.

LT Jaylon Moore: Filling in for the injured Trent Williams, Moore was the 49ers' highest-graded offensive lineman. His 81.7 offensive grade was higher than any grade Williams has earned over the past five games. Moore's 81.2 run-blocking grade was the best among the team's offensive linemen.

Pressures allowed among O-line:

O-line honorable mention: LG Ben Bartch played just seven snaps, including five pass-blocking snaps, but earned a team-high 78.2 pass-blocking grade.

RB Christian McCaffrey: McCaffrey finished with 31 rushing yards on 11 carries and has yet to score a touchdown this season. His 54.3 offensive grade is a season low and his lowest mark since Week 6 of the 2019 season (50.6).

WR Deebo Samuel: Samuel's career-low 45.5 offensive grade placed him just outside the three lowest-graded 49ers offensive players. He caught only one pass for 21 yards and was responsible for two costly drops, one of which resulted in an Allen-thrown interception.

CB Deommodore Lenoir: Lenoir earned a 69.6 defensive grade, the highest among his teammates, in what was a frustrating day for the 49ers' defense. His 73.9 run-defense grade was also a team high.

S Malik Mustapha: Mustapha led the team with an 85.8 tackling grade. He did not record any missed tackles, a feat not shared by many of his teammates.

Missed tackles: The 49ers' defense recorded a season-high 19 missed tackles against the Packers. LB Fred Warner had a game-high and personal season-high of four missed tackles.

Missed tackles by 49ers defenders:

DE Leonard Floyd: Floyd recorded two sacks on Packers quarterback Jordan Love and earned a team-high pressure grade of 68.8. He also registered a game-high five pressures.

Pressures by 49ers defenders:
  • DE Leonard Floyd - 5
  • DE Sam Okuayinonu, DT Maliek Collins - 3 each
  • DE Yetur Gross-Matos - 2
  • DE Robert Beal Jr., LB De'Vondre Campbell - 1 each

S Ji'Ayir Brown: While Lenoir earned the team's highest defensive grade, Brown secured the best coverage grade (67.8) among 49ers defenders. He did not allow a catch and recorded a pass defensed.
