Dobbs will serve as the emergency third quarterback.The Rams' inactives are quarterback Stetson Bennett, cornerback Cobie Durant (chest), running back Cody Schrader, outside linebacker Brennan Jackson, offensive lineman Dylan McMahon and offensive lineman Warren McClendon Jr. Bennett will serve as the emergency, third quarterback.Cornerback Emmanuel Forbes is active and expected to make his Rams debut.
