Reporting emerged earlier on Thursday noting that 49ers running back Isaac Guerendo is unlikely to play in Sunday's game against the Dolphins due to a hamstring injury. Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that reporting during a Thursday interview with KNBR.
