The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 18 contest against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Several key players were absent from the second practice of the week, including defensive ends Nick Bosa and Leonard Floyd, offensive linemen Spencer Burford and Colton McKivitz, wide receiver Deebo Samuel, and cornerback Deommodore Lenoir.

The 49ers have already ruled out quarterback Brock Purdy for this weekend's game after sustaining a right elbow contusion and nerve inflammation against the Lions.

On a positive note, tight end George Kittle, who was listed as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice, rejoined his teammates on Thursday.

Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Cardinals, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
