Of all the quarterbacks competing for a Super Bowl in 2014, you would be hard pressed to find a more polarizing name than Colin Kaepernick. Is he getting better? Is he regressing? The 49ers QB doesn't have a championship resume to fall back on, nor is he lighting the league on fire. We take a look at Kaepernick's evolution, which isn't as rapid as many would expect.
