On Monday, Pro Football Talk reported the key dates and first practices of all 32 NFL teams. The San Francisco 49ers were one of two teams that they listed as not yet announcing exact camp dates. While the dates for open practices for the team are not yet known, some key dates have already been tentatively scheduled, including the 49ers' reporting date and first practice dates.
Two weeks ago, Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area provided key summer dates for the 49ers. As far as training camp is concerned, the following is the tentative schedule.
Saturday, July 30
Veterans report to Santa Clara for training camp.
Sunday, July 31
First full-squad practice.
Tuesday, August 2
First full-squad padded practice
Friday, August 12
49ers-Texans joint practice in Santa Clara, California
Wednesday, August 17
49ers-Broncos joint practice in Englewood, Colorado.
Thursday, August 18
49ers-Broncos joint practice in Englewood, Colorado.
The team will also have practices that are open to the public and will likely take place at Levi's Stadium. Those dates are not yet known.
